Acupuncture stimulates our nervous system to release chemicals into our muscles, spinal cord and brain which promote natural healing  physically and emotional well-being.

Once per week we will meet for some gentle stretching, breath work, meditation and auricular (ear) acupuncture to relax our bodies and lighten our minds.

 

Gentle breath work and light meditation followed by laying on our mats while Rachel gently places acupuncture needles in specific points at the outer edges of the ear. These points have been clinically proven to simulate and adjust our nervous system allowing for deep relaxation and deep healing.

 

Please bring a mat and wear warm comfortable clothing.

90 Days to You
A Lifestyle Cleanse

This cleanse is designed to support you during an optimal time of the year for change. We cleanse twice a year, in the fall and spring for letting go of what no longer serves and for bringing in the new to empower us back to our true selves. The cleanse spans over three months to embrace a lifestyle of healthy living in our Body, Mind and Spirit.

These three components work synergistically to allow us to become the best version of ourselves gently, naturally and organically. For real change we must embrace a "lifestyle" that includes all the parts of ourselves.

 

We will work with our physical structure, diet, mind-set and our own unique personal expression of spirit to move forward in becoming the absolute best version of ourselves. Specifically, we will meet once a week (for three months) for a group online zoom support call with instruction, teachings and q&a on the specific topic for that month. We will have a private Fb group for fun readings and community connection. I will meet with you for 1:1 90 min session 2xs/month to outline your personal goals.

 

The first month will be all about diet, cleansing  and strengthening our physical vessels with recipes and movement based on over 30 yrs experience leading and practicing healthful living.

 

The second month we will continue with our first month foundation and adding on mind-set practices of positivity, cutting edge psychology and the tried and true 1000s years old breath work and meditation.

 

The third month, having established a strong foundation of body and mind we will embrace spirit. Once our nervous system is calm and connected we are able to access our true souls purpose with practices that enhance our own unique expression of spirit becoming radiant beings of strength, courage and clarity.

Third-Eye Visioning Boards

Did you know that you have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind too? Our conscious mind is where we live day to day when we are thinking and doing. Our subconscious mind is the one we use when we are in a relaxed state like just before going to sleep or just upon waking up.

​

Other relaxed states such as going for a walk, dancing, meditating or dreaming. This is also the place where our deep beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world is stored and influences 95% of our conscious world. When we look at our lives and some things in our lives we don’t like- that no matter what we do, don’t change- chances are this is due to a strongly held belief in our subconscious mind.

 

That’s why it can be so difficult to change our habits and patterns. Some people are able to change their lives for the better in radical ways! How do they do this?

Chances are they’ve learned how to influence their subconscious mind with positive programming that then reflects out into their conscious world. One of the very effective ways we can do this is by creating a vision board! A “vision board” is a positive program you can use to influence your subconscious mind. It’s built in a relaxed state using images that feel good and hold a certain meaning for a life you are celebrating now- or one you would like to have.

 

Then having it out in an area that you pass by frequently it acts as a “reminder” for your subconscious mind and is one of the ways we can positively program ourselves to get what we want. Some people may feel offended by the suggest they “positively program” themselves through their subconscious. And the truth of the matter is, we are being influenced and programmed all the time by the society and culture we live in. Do you want to have a say in how you are being influenced or leave it up to fate?

 

Those who are willing to take the actions steps needed to strive for something better in this life are those who will be rewarded with real lasting change. I hope you will be one of those people and I look forward to seeing you in class!!

The Divine Divorce

The Divine Divorce is a series workshop that teaches a positive holistic approach to divorce and separation. I will teach you about the 5 Systems Method critical to your success.

We will practice 5 Elements Qi Gong and relate the organ systems to the 5 Systems and identify your personal strengths and areas to work on. Creating a blueprint for your personal evolution. The Divine Divorce embraces all change as a natural state and of choice to learn and grow for the better.

The 5 Systems we will cover are: 1. Financial 2. Legal 3. Personal Passion/Purpose 4. Spiritual 5. Physical.

Animal Frolicking Qi Gong

YOGA SOUP

Join our play-shop and reconnect with your Inner Child through the Joyful Practice of Animal Spirit Qi Gong! An ancient medicine miracle that has stood the test of time over 2,000 years. We will be standing and moving intentionally to embody animal movement styles to release stress, embrace spontaneity, and tap into the energy of of Snake, Crane, Dolphin, & Deer in this unique, revitalizing experience.

Taking some moments to rest and journal our experiences. Ignite your imagination as we become the spirit of the animal! We will specifically focus on Snake, for creating your own medicine and for a supple spine. Dolphin, for discovering freedom and joy, also good for the spine.

Crane, for the heart, balance, joy and patience. Deer for family, cultivating forgiveness, balance, leg strength and flexibility. Let your inner child play and learn ancient wellness techniques at our event.

Animal Spirit Qi Gong is a form of Qi Gong that imitates the movements and energies of various animal to cultivate strength, flexibility, and vitality. This practice is designed to enhance the flow of qi (life energy) and connect practitioners with the primal, instinctual energies of the natural world. Benefits include improved physical health, increased mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection to nature.

Healing Your Inner Child

YOGA SOUP

The wounded Inner Child is the primary driver behind the majority of our relationship problems. In this workshop, with guided meditation and journaling, you'll discover what the Inner Child is, how it's shadow side gets created, exactly how it causes problems in your relationships (without you knowing it) and what you can do about it.

Did you know your Inner Child has a Light side and a Shadow side? We'll dive deep into 9 shadow aspects of the Inner Child that can cause us to have weak personal boundaries, can influence us into addictive behaviors and can create friction in relationships.

In this course, we'll cover the subtle ways we react in our day-to-day lives and look at some of the consequences they create. Then we'll examine what it really means to Respond to Life, the blessings for doing so, and how we can get better at it.

By the time you finish this course, you will have:

• Discovered your own Inner child

• Learned how to re-connect with it

• Clarified some of it's genuine needs, and...

• You will have learned HOW to fulfill those needs so that your Child Within can become whole again.

Did you know that most of your money habits are being programmed by your unconscious beliefs you may not even be aware of?

 

Would you like to learn more about your unconscious beliefs and make them conscious so they can be healed, and in turn you are able to heal your relationship with money?

If sponsors, then please join us on this remarkable journey were we will use a patented technology of a series of questions, formatted in a specific order that unveils our unconscious mind and makes the unconscious conscious! SO that it may be heard and healed!

 

I have spent the last few decades healing my own money story and have gained the awarenss and tools to now help others heal their relationship with money and attain the life of their dreams. We do this through understanding what the true definition of ‘Financial Freedom” is and it may be different and so much more than you originally thought.

 

I will also bring my “pendulum” to measure our different Chakras (energy centers) that will show and correlated to our patterns of Earning, Saving, Spending, Sharing and Growing our money for those that would like to participate in that bonus, please give yourself some time after class.
