Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines controlled breathing, gentle movements, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or "Qi." The benefits of Qi Gong include reduced stress, improved mental clarity, enhanced physical flexibility, and overall well-being. During a session, you perform a series of slow, deliberate movements and breathing exercises.
