About Retreats
Retreats are powerful opportunities to step away from the noise and routine of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. In a world that constantly demands our attention and energy, taking time to slow down, reflect, and rest is not just a luxury—it’s essential. Whether it's for healing, creative inspiration, or spiritual connection, retreats create intentional space for us to unplug, reset, and restore. Surrounded by nature, supported by community, and free from distraction, we can hear our inner voice more clearly and remember what nourishes us.
Rachel deeply believes that true healing, growth, and expansion can only happen when we step out of our usual environment and give ourselves the gift of perspective. You simply can't see your life clearly when you're in the middle of it all. It takes stepping away—taking a few days to rest, rejuvenate, and realign—to truly come back to yourself. The retreats Rachel designs offer that sacred pause, where insight naturally arises, old patterns can dissolve, and a renewed sense of clarity and purpose can take root. They’re not an escape—they’re a return: to your body, your truth, and your soul’s direction.
When we retreat with a group of women, something even more powerful happens—we’re reminded that we’re not alone. Sharing space in sisterhood allows us to feel seen and supported, and often brings unexpected joy. There's something profoundly healing about being witnessed, held, and uplifted in a circle of women. Through deep connection, laughter, vulnerability, and reflection, we begin to discover and fall in love with new parts of ourselves we may have forgotten or never known were there. This kind of empowerment is not just healing—it’s transformative.
Take this opportunity and claim your spot now. Come back home to yourself and deep connection within community.
Women's Joshua Tree Retreat
Divine One,
It is our honor to invite you on a journey of self-discovery, feminine embodiment, and sacred connection.
Women's Rock Climbing Retreat in Joshua Tree, California
The seeds for this event were planted in the heart of feminine connection, when Rachel and Lacey connected at a women’s retreat. Conversations unfolded, visions were shared, and an intention was born: to gather heart-centered women in the desert for a weekend of empowerment, adventure, and play.
This retreat is an opportunity to come to know yourself more deeply. You’ll be able to go to your edge while rock climbing and know you’re supported by a professional rockclimbing outfitter. You’ll also be able to drop your masks and show up as your true Self, knowing you’ll be held in love.
Come build sisterhood, honor the land, and celebrate the strength all women hold within. Get ready to bask in a vibrant community of women under the vast desert sky.
We are excited and honored to have your presence woven into the fabric of this gathering.
Talk soon xoxo
Lacey & Rachel
Please note - This event is non-refundable to honor the love, time, and energy invested into offering this experience.

Fall 2026 (Oct, Nov & Dec)
Dream work has quietly been one of the most powerful tools in my own practice and in the lives of the people I work with. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, dreams aren't dismissed as noise — they're understood as messages from deep within, reflections of what's moving through the body, the emotions, and the spirit.
And this time of year makes that message especially loud.
As we move from fall into winter, we're entering what TCM calls Water season — the most yin, most introspective time of the year. The days shorten, the nights lengthen, the natural world draws inward and downward to rest and restore. It's the season of the Kidneys, of stillness, of storing our essence rather than spending it. Not coincidentally, it's also when dreams tend to become more vivid, more insistent, more available to us — if we're willing to turn toward them instead of rushing past them each morning.
That's exactly what I'll be guiding a small group through this Oct, Nov, and Dec, in a live three-part journey called Conscious Dream Work: Learning to Access and Work With Your Subconscious Mind.
What's Included:
-
Three live online sessions, meeting the last Sunday at 6PM of October, November, and December
-
Each session woven together with guided meditation, movement, sound bath, teaching, and time for sharing and reflection as a group
-
Replay access for one full week after each live session, in case you can't join live
-
Wild harvested mugwort, sent to you by mail, to place under your pillow and steep as tea (with the note above in mind)
-
A medicinal Chinese herbal tonic tea, used for thousands of years to support access to the spirit world of dreams
Note: This event is non-refundable.
